With over a decade within the industry I have successfully bought products to market from concept to launch within many categories across retail, food service and public sectors, as well as developing systems, processes and people along the way. Throughout my career I has been fortunate to have worked with many household names and brands.

My way of working is I believe in forming good relationships with people, understanding ingredients and their application combined with using honest and sustainable practice to bring nutritious, flavourful, consistent and exciting products to market. I do this through suppliers who care, people who are committed, applying food science, using traditional cooking methods and combining the use of technology with culinary expertise and controlled processes. This results in products made by people who love what they do, using the best ingredients available to deliver a healthy, exciting and consistent product filled with integrity from the processes they are made from.
