About me
My name is Anna, I am a food and nutrition scientist by nature and cook by heart. In October 2019 I decided to take a break from my career as head of product development for a leading FMCG company so I could travel the world. I loved my position, however, I have always had an burning desire to travel to improve my knowledge and culinary skills through first hand discovery of new tastes, aromas and textures that I simply wouldn't have access to in the UK.

So, I bring to you Recipes Without Borders. A resource to discover so much more than food. A blog that will take you on a journey through different cultures, countries and climates by sharing new delicious recipes, healthy ideas, features from friends, product reviews and more, that isn't defined by any one cuisine or country. Hence the rise of #recipeswithoutborders.

So far, I have travelled to 30+ countries including Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, and India and will continue to travel and eat my way through the world.
